Tettenhall Road Medical Practice relocating to West Park Surgery

From Monday 28 April 2025, Tettenhall Road Medical Practice will relocate to West Park Surgery. From this date onwards, patients will be able to access care at West Park Surgery and their medical records will be securely transferred. If patients are happy with this transfer, they do not need to take any action.
